Financial Controller
Taminco, Inc. a global chemical manufacturing corporation is seeking a Financial Controller. This position will be involved with various diverse accounting responsibilities as described below.
Responsibilities:
Financial management
-Implement new Consolidation Tool
-Lead monthly and quarterly consolidation.
-Follow-up and improve intercompany flows and pricing.
Investor Questions/Bank Reporting
-Prepare external Reporting for Bond and Credit Facilities
-Prepare answers to investor questions
-Compile Covenant compliance documents
Audit / Tax
-Key point of contact for year end and quarterly audit for the consolidated entity
-Completion of tax consolidation and ensure local books tax compliance
-Property tax follow up and preparations
Systems and processes
-Document and analyze process flows, to identify opportunities for improvement, to analyze risks and to mitigate these through a set of relevant controls.
-Maintain Accounting Manual for US GAAP Compliance
Skills: ICT (Excel) and ERP-systems (SAP), Accounting and controlling knowledge, Overall proficiency in MS-Office; very strong skills in MS-Excel
Competencies: Results driven, good communicator, teamplayer, able to balance strategic and hands-on role, flexible, strong analytical mind
