Financial Controller for International Production Company
My client is a dynamic production company, comprising of nine companies focused on the development of talent, promotion and television. With a strong presence in the UK and USA., they operate a high calibre finance function, which provides crucial finance support to the business, as they move into a time of exciting growth in the London market.
As the Financial Controller commences a 12-month maternity cover, my client is looking to seek an accomplished individual to move into this role. As Financial Controller your will be required to develop strong relationships with the key directors in the business and have the confidence to challenge them on their outlook. Likewise you will also dedicate time to ensure the development of a six strong finance team that is responsible for producing all financial, management and statutory reporting outputs and have previous experience in being successful in this capacity. You will be an expert user of SAP and it would be advantageous to have exposure to an SAP implementation.
My client is looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) who has proven experience. You will need to have worked previously within the Media industry and be able to show your previous achievements in a similar role. At interview, my client will be looking for someone who comes across as confident, ambitious and commercially astute.
