Financial controller required for boutique spa
A boutique beauty and spa establishment is requiring a strong financial controller to help lead their financial team.
The company is based within central London and offers a range of treatments to its exclusive list of clients, including holistic treatments as well as massage and spa options. The company offers a relaxed work environment within the heart of the city. Working within a small intensive team, gives the successful candidate the opportunity to oversee and control the finance department and the opportunity to advance with a growing company.
The role will encompass all aspects of financial control, including overseeing the smooth running of the finance team and reporting under UK GAAP. The successful candidate will be an integral part of developing the future and success of the company, helping to provide the right platform for the successful growth of this company at a key stage in it’s development. The role will be fast paced and require the candidate to build strong business relationships both internal and external of the company. This role requires a self-motivated individual ideally with previous retail experience.
The successful candidate will be a qualified ACA/CA or CIMA accountant. You will have experience of reporting under UK GAAP and strong excel skills. Previous retail experiences an advantage but not a necessity.
