Financial Controller, Saudi Arabia recruitment
The ideal candidate will train, supervise and evaluate departmental staff as well as oversee financial management of international operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in obtaining the necessary licenses required to maintain all businesses within the department.
- Coordinate improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
- Direct the implementation of strategic business or operational plans, programs, and systems including risk management.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports within specified deadlines.
Requirements:
- ACCA, CIMA or similar.
- Must have 15+ years post qualified experience, of which 10-12 years of experience must be within the financial services sector in the GCC, with experience including operational, business, compliance, regulatory, strategic, market and credit risks.
- Proficient International Accounting Standards with a proven ability to understand and interpret financial information and principles.
- Fluency in English as well as Arabic.
- Strong IT knowledge.
