Financial Controller, Transversal [Ref:P656-Transversal Financial Controller (KM)] recruitment

Your Role:

Consolidate AsiaPac results and performance
Manage management reporting processes such as budget, transfer pricing and allocation
Manage the offshore hub
Contribute to FPA GOM
Standardize report and analysis across Asia and ensure proper alignment with Paris

Assist in the following:

Analyze financial performance vs budget, vs last month, vs last year and other benchmarks
Design reports or KPI which are useful and relevant to clients.
Prepare adhoc management reports
Conduct monthly meeting / quarterly presentation with local Finance and Bangalore hub for production issues and for information sharing.
Manage all management reporting process including transfer pricing, allocation, budget, management book closing
Work closely with head office to ensure reports and norms are aligned.
Roll out HO iniatives and projects

Your Profile:

Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines or qualified accountant
10 year + working experience. Pervious working experience in Banking Financial field is preferred
Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize key messages
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently
Able to work under pressure and capable of meeting multiple deadlines
Reliable quality oriented
Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint
Fluent in spoken and written English
