Financial Counsellor recruitment
Responsibilities
• Retain and increase the assets under management by developing new clients and servicing existing clients.
• Achieve sales and activities targets.
• Provide quality and professional services to clients. Review financial plan progress and identify further needs and changes, maintaining quality of the relationships.
• Bridge between the financial institutions and the clients in relation to clients’ administrative requests and investment dealing instructions.
• Prepare weekly market review, strategic asset allocation maintenance on clients’ portfolios, and regular updates on endorsed funds and investment education workshops.
• Satisfy Risk Management and Compliance standards across the business.
• Take part in seminars and marketing activities.
Requirements
• Degree holder.
• IIQE HKSI FPE certified.
• 6 to 8 years of experience as a financial counselor in the banking or IFA industry, with proven track records of achieving sales targets and a passion for investment and customer service.
• Demonstrate excellent business development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Result oriented, able to withstand pressure.
