Financial Crime Advisory Manager

- Work with the Senior Manager Financial Crime Advisory in providing expert professional advice and guidance on financial crime matters, to establish best practice and ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist Retail and Corporate businesses in developing financial crime frameworks, processes and methodologies which are appropriate to the business and that allow financial crime risks to be managed and measured.
- Coordinate and provide financial crime reports and MI - including that required to support business and group-wide financial crime governance committees and external regulatory requirements e.g. Annual Money Laundering Report.
- Oversee the management of business unit and requests for information and policy-related issues, including supporting waiver requests and managing breach escalation, liaising with Financial Crime Policy and Assurance Teams as required
- Monitor Retail - Commercial compliance with Group Wide Policies, supporting the Risk Assurance team in developing and delivering annual assurance plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Crime practitioners across Retail - Commercial Business Units, within the Financial Crime Team

- Leadership and management skills, demonstrated in previous roles.
- Good oral and written communications
- Experience of dealing with Senior Management and Business Stakeholders
- Good industry knowledge -awareness
- Proven track record of delivery within a Financial Crime risk environment , including risk assurance and management of issues

up to £55000 plus package and career progression.
