Role descriptionThis is an extremely exciting, commercial opportunity for a senior finance candidate to join a very well backed start-up at "ground zero". The investment firm has been set up by a team with a very strong previous track record in this area. They already have previous successes to their names, and are now looking to launch this new venture in early 2012.
The proposed role is incredibly broad and will cover not only heading up finance functions for the firm but also working on more commercial areas such as playing a pivotal role in fund structuring. They are seeking someone with a dynamic "can do "attitude" who has good experience in the funds area.The role is likely to grow into a CFO opportunity as the firm expands.Who we're looking for• Experience to FC/FC/Deputy CFO level in an Investment Management/Fund environment
• Excellent knowledge of how funds are structured
• ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
• Private Equity background a plus
• Dynamic/Entrepreneurial attitude
• Flexible approach
