FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS CREDIT, VICE PRESIDENT
Due to business needs, this leading financial institution seeks a top tier candidate for its Financial Institutions Credit team based in Singapore.
This is a senior role with regional coverage in a global organization.
Responsibilities:
- Key ownership and responsibility for in-depth credit analysis of a portfolio of banks and financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region
- Maintain credit profile and ratings for counterparties in portfolio
- Monitor market trends and write in-depth, high quality and timely research on credit trends, market and political developments
- Present recommendations and credit analyses to a senior ratings committee
- Share regional expertise with global colleagues
Requirements:
- At least 12-15 years experience in an FI-credit analyst or credit research role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing credit or ratings reports from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective
- Experience in reviewing complex structured transactions
- Strong knowledge of the economic, financial and political challenges/issues in the Asia-Pacific region will be a plus
- Excellent presentation skills and customer facing experience
- Ability to travel
- Overseas candidates will be considered if they have the requisite experience as above
