Financial modeller with valuations experience – URGENT – Sydney CBD recruitment
Prestigious city based mid tier chartered accounting firm are urgently seeking a financial modeller with valuations experience to join their corporate advisory team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial modelling and analytical support across a wide range of projects and assignments
- Prepare and periodically maintain detailed asset and corporate valuations through complex financial modelling
- Provide investment/business analysis on proposed investments in developments/assets/companies and research on key business drivers. This will include managing and conducting due diligence and reviews where appropriate
To be successful in this role you will have a sound finance technical knowledge gained from a chartered or corporate environment; Strong financial modelling skills including the development and review of complex financial models; min 2 years experience in corporate finance and valuation, financial modelling or industry analysis; commercial mindset and a tertiary qualification in finance.
You will work in small project teams, so strong communication skills are paramount as is the ability to communicate effectively - verbally and in written reports.
