Reporting to the Financial Planning Manager you will work collaboratively with your assigned branches to identify opportunities by developing and delivering strategies that will assist customers in meeting their lifestyle and financial goals.
You will be expected to cultivate on-going relationships through superior customer service and operate within a strong compliance culture.
Role accountabilities:
- Assisting clients to identify and meet their financial goals by understanding their immediate financial needs, long term objectives and level of comfort with risk so that our advice is truly tailored.
- Using financial planning tools and technology to provide quality and compliant advice and documentation through recommending appropriate strategies, products and service options.
- Coaching and educating the Branch network to identify suitable referrals.
- Providing outstanding client service by building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients and key stakeholders.
- Managing your own performance to meet or exceed revenue and retention targets.
We are looking for candidates with the following attributes, skills and experience:
- A passion for building and developing their Financial Planning career within a market leader.
- Diploma of Financial Services, Financial Planning (RG146 Compliance including: Generic Knowledge, Securities, Managed Investments, Life Insurance, Superannuation, Financial Planning and Skills)
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen, including a demonstrated understanding of factors currently affecting the financial services industry.
- A current and unrestricted drivers' licence.
