Financial Planning & Analysis Associate recruitment

The portfolio company, based in Pittsburgh, PA, is a small-cap mortgage services business. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, the ability to be a self-starter and manage multiple projects at once and operate effectively in a team environment. This is a long-term position with opportunity for advancement.

Financial Planning Analysis Associate

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reporting package and assist with regular business reviews

• Assist with developing and maintaining detailed financial forecasts

• Perform analyses and create reports that measure various financial and operational metrics

• Assist with business development efforts, including organic growth and strategic acquisitions

• Other general finance and planning duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or similar field

• Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate FPA, Investment Banking or a MBA and 2 years experience in a similar corporate role

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Comfortable working with senior management and a financial sponsor

• Ability to take ownership of deliverables and meet tight deadlines

• Ability to “hit the ground running” with little training

• Experience in real estate services or the mortgage industry is a plus, but not required
