My client an ambitious international Blue Chip multi-channel retailer is currently seeking an ambitious Financial Planning Analysis Manager to manage the Financial Planning Analysis function with a remit of driving progress and influencing strategy through improved analysis and understanding of the business. The role will business partner Marketing and Product Heads providing financial and other KPI analysis to better understand customer behaviour, the impact of marketing campaigns and competitor information. As finance lead you will also work on a number of key customer segmentation projects to integrate market research and CRM strategy into the decision making process. Other responsibilities will include managing the planning and forecast processes and providing support to Product Heads with trend and KPI analysis; Produce financial models to develop strategic plans and forecasts; Assist the business in shaping future strategy using analysis to predict the financial impact of changes to strategic direction; Produce KPI reporting to assist Group's understanding of results achieved; Review acquisition opportunities and develop models to assist in purchase decision and carry out post investment appraisals. To apply you must be Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with demonstrable commercial exposure working with operational teams to prepare business plans and investment proposals and review business performance with output being used for decision making.
