- Reading
- Locum covering: Aylesbury, Maidenhead, Newbury, Reading, Swindon
The role
- Building relationships with key contacts within the branches; coaching and motivating them to help generate quality referrals and sales.
- Identifying and converting opportunities for driving sales growth and cross selling.
- Meeting activity levels and lead generation requirements.
- Capturing and analysing relevant information to inform sales planning.
- Taking accountability for resolving customer service issues in order to maintain the overall quality of the relationship with our partners and their customers.
- Ensuring appropriate records are maintained and comply with FSA requirements
Skills, knowledge and behaviour You will hold a full FPC and, if not already qualified to RDR, you need to be working towards it. A skilled presenter, able to achieve realistic sales targets you will be comfortable working as part of a team and enthusiastic about developing the business. As part of the package you will receive flexible benefits, an attractive pension scheme and company car/allowance with average earnings of approx. £47-50K per annum. The successful candidate must be available to commit to 2 weeks residential training in Coventry.
