The Financial Planner Support Officer provides a superior level of administration and internal customer service support to assigned Financial Planners maximising their productivity and revenue outcomes, whilst observing prudent cost management.
You have good knowledge of the financial planning industry, have completed DFS 1-4 (RG146) and are progressing towards your ADFS qualification. Personally, you strive to outperform, have a commitment to professionalism and your clients, and excel at relationships with your team and partners. Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience within a financial planning firm and have paraplanning or statement of advice experience using COIN or Xplan.
