Financial Promotions Compliance Officer recruitment
The role will include;
oMaintaining an effective financial promotions process for the review, approval and record keeping of all product literature and customer communications
oReviewing financial promotions and customer facing documents to ensure that they adhere to the relevant regulations and procedures. Providing guidance and support to ensure that best practice is embedded within the business
oActing as the first line contact within for matters relating to financial promotions and customer communications
Essential qualifications
A graduate with relevant financial services qualification.
Essential experience
Experience of Compliance in the Financial Services Industry from either a consultancy or regulated firm
In-depth experience of reviewing and approving financial promotions and customer communications
Developing and refining processes for the review and approval of financial promotions and customer communications
Essential technical knowledge and skills
In-depth knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations, codes of practice, guidance and industry best practice relating to advertising and customer communications applicable in the financial services industry
Good communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience of writing policies and procedures.
Knowledge of the Data Protection Act, Money Laundering and the Banking Code.
