Financial Reform Projects Member

A large financial institution are looking for a Financial, Reform Projects Member to join their team.  

Role Overview

Based in Bournemouth, the Push out Project group will be tasked with the following:
- Preparing entities for impending regulatory requirements to move Derivative activity from one entity to another
- Client engagement to move prospective activity from one entity to another, with minimal adverse impact as possible
- Ensuring middle office colleagues have a clear view of a client’s position, to ensure correct upstream trade bookings
- Handling a high volume of business, client, middle office (etc) queries that arise from a large scale migration project
- Working with Line Teams in DPC, together with downstream partners, again to ensure a smooth set of migrations
- Accurate tracking and updating to MIS that will be reported to many areas of the Bank, as well as potentially external regulators

• Maintaining and building excellent relationships with external clients as well as with multiple teams across the Derivatives hubs and globally with the Middle Offices we support
• Identifying and investigating the root cause of errors/issues
• Participating in process improvement initiatives
• Ensuring that all issues, where appropriate, are escalated to the Team Leader/Manager within an appropriate time frame
• Accurate MIS tracking and updates
• Project management disciplines
