Installations and Maintenance Planner

A North Leicestershire-based client with a fantastic relationship with Hays is looking for a candidate who has a mix of customer service, administration and strong communication skills. 30% of this role is dealing with customers and the other 70% requires accurate administration and communication between clients and engineers. The overall purpose of this role is to oversee installations and maintenance programmes by liaising with other departments and providing sound administrative support.

Your duties will include: keeping clients and customers up to date with engineering works, customer problem resolution over the phone, manage the work schedule of engineers and external contractors, update and produce spread sheet reports, maintaining communication with different departments and ensuring admin procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate will have a positive personality with an ability to provide effective and clear communication at all times, accurate administration, an ability to coordinate effectively and dependable customer service skills. The hours are 8-5 or 8.30- 5.30 (40 hour week, Monday to Friday) with a start date of February 2014. If this North Leicestershire-based role matches what you are looking for then apply now.
