Financial Reporting Analyst- Saudi Nationals ONLY recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

-Carry out all SAMA reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly and adhoc)

-Preparing the quarterly financial statements of the legal entity

-Coordinating with the External Auditors to ensure the quarterly and annual external audits are managed and completed on a timely basis

-Preparation of the daily FX exposure report

-Preparation of all tax returns (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and their submission with the tax authorities. Coordinating with our tax consultants and answering all their queries.

-Carry out the month end reconciliations of the Nostro accounts and resolve all breaks in those accounts.

-Carry out monthly reconciliations of our vendor accounts

-Preparation of month end accruals in coordination with relevant businesses / functions

-Manage all fixed asset bookings and records in SAP.

-Review monthly cost allocations to all businesses and ensure that these allocations are in accordance with the approved allocation keys.

-Manage the intercompany settlement process and ensure that all intercompany balances are settled on a timely basis

-Responding to adhoc queries of businesses other functions on their costs / expense analysis etc.

For eligibility for this role, the candidate must have the following educational qualifications and experience:

-An accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or a Masters with major in Accounting / Finance from a reputed university

-At least 2-3 years of relevant Finance work experience in one of the big four accounting firms or with a Financial Institution in Saudi Arabia.

-An understanding of the basic banking products and accounting for those products.

-A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

-Must be a Saudi National.

-Fluency in the English language is a must.
