FINANCIAL REPORTING ASSOCIATE
My client one of the most notable Investment Banks in the region are currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting Associate.
This role will sit within the Financial Reporting team within Controllers which is primarily responsible for reporting the regional net contribution across all businesses across Asia Pacific. The group prepares weekly and monthly net contribution reports for the Asia Pacific Management Committee and coordinates the annual regional budget and various analyses (including cost analysis) for senior management.
The core responsibilities involve:
•Prepare, compile and analyze financial information which is provided weekly, monthly and quarterly to senior management by product and business lines
•Responsible for coordinating with the Executive Office Asia Pacific’s annual budget and forecasts working alongside colleagues from other divisions and regions.
•Responding to ad-hoc queries from the Executive Office and a wide array of internal departments
•Analyzing financial information and presenting it to senior managers
You will be an effective communicator dealing with all levels both within and outside the region, have minimum 5 years experience and be a fully qualified accountant. Ideally you will from the Big 4 and sitting within the assurance team and developed a strong control mindset. Ideally you will have had financial services clients.
You must have native or fluent English and Putonghua/Mandarin is an added advantage.
