Financial Reporting Manager recruitment
The External Reporting team are responsible for delivering financial statements, interim management statements, investor presentations and IFRS value reporting. For each of these cycles the team manage the reporting deliverables and provide value add analysis and insights into the results of their operations, which is then communicated to their internal stakeholders.
We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead this team and take ownership for reporting process. Developing and managing relationships with Regional finance teams and stakeholders is key, whilst identifying and manage risk issue that impact on reporting and provide appropriate solutions. You will be required to support the Head of External Reporting which includes reviewing key processes/deliverables, reviewing outputs to senior management – Act as an alternate for the Head where necessary.
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA) or equivalent with experience holding a senior professional role within the Insurance industry. You will need to demonstrate prior Financial Reporting experience with strong working knowledge of IFRS. You must have the ability to communicate complex technical issue to the wider community with strong commercial awareness – Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
