The Role – Duties Responsibilities include:
• You will advise organisations within the financial services sector on strategic and effective Transformation.
- You will assist in corporate and functional strategy development.
- You will be instrumental in change management for your clients by reviewing and standardizing their Processes and Reporting.
- You will work with clients in their Enterprise Cost Reduction by considering all options.
- You will provide quality advice to clients based on experience and leading industry practice.
The Individual:
You will have experience as a lead assessor / coach with senior clients. This is a brilliant opportunity that will offer great career prospects together with interesting and varied client work and measurable achievements.
• You will have experience of consulting, and in particular will have strong Project Management, Business Process Improvement and Business analysis skills.
- You will have Big Firm Financial Transformation Consulting experience and/or significant roles in large scale Transformation projects in Financial Services Organisations. This could include insurance/funds/traditional banking.
- You will be experienced at advising/consulting at an executive level and will be credible and trusted.
- You will have a strong academic record with appropriate business qualification.
- You will have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence. The ability to develop good working relationships is critical.
