Financial Services – Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) recruitment
Our Financial Services Performance Improvement practice is rapidly expanding and we are now looking to further grow our Enterprise Business Performance Management team. It has already attracted significant senior talent from both industry and consulting to drive the growth of this business, and is now looking to hire a number of high calibre individuals at Manager and Executive level.
Our team's focus is to support our clients through their change programs. Currently, this covers finance risk convergence, risk adjusted, performance management, metric development and actionable intelligence approaches, Liquidity / Basel III / Solvency II and current / emerging EPM packages and tools.
Your responsibilities as an Executive or Manager will include:
-Working with CFOs in leading financial organisations, you will help assess and transform their performance management function to improve performance and effectiveness
- Providing insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and then work with clients to deliver improvements
- Working would involve scorecard development, risk adjusted and capital / liquidity management, planning / forecasting, modelling, reporting, product, customer and product profitability, data and operating model design.
Qualifications / Skills you'll need as an Executive or Manager:
- Proven success in design implementing performance management solutions (including package selection and configuration)
- Strong consulting experience and interest in developing leading edge solutions
- Excellent knowledge of risk, capital and liquidity with up-to-date knowledge of market trends dynamics
- Experience in project / program management and managing multiple engagements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Graduate level education
- Flexibility to travel and work in other locations.
