They are currently undergoing a discreet upgrade of several sector teams, including financial sponsors, who are looking for a snr D or MD level banker to lead the charge and build a team. 

Candidates should be able to demonstrate effective leadership and an extensive track record in financial sponsor advisory gained from recognised investment banks.

The proposition is effectively to build ones own team and business on a relatively stable platform which is currently seeing a lot of momentum, with the backing of a healthy balance sheet.
