Financial System Project, 1 year contract + $45,000 to $55,000 HKD per month recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- As a member of the group functions’ change team you will work closely with the regional finance accounting teams and a range of technology specialists to implement processes for a new reporting tool.
- You will coordinate the implementation from a user perspective and once completed in Hong Kong will assist in rolling out similar projects for a number of country offices around the region. This will require you to work closely with country heads / CFO’s to implement reporting improvements
- Your work will involve scoping user requirements, some systems implementation work from a functional perspective, UAT and the implementation of new financial reporting processes.
- This role will run for an initial contract term and a significant extension may be considered for a high performer. Some regional travel will be involved.
Key Requirements:
- You will ideally be a finance professional or qualified accountant with some exposure to finance process or finance systems change. Any business analysis or project management experience will also be highly regarded
- You must have experience of working in a large multinational company or financial services environment.
- Strong systems experience with ERP packages or financial reporting tools will be advantageous as will advanced MS excel and Access skills
- Candidates available on short notice currently residing in Hong Kong are preferred
