Financial Systems Analyst recruitment
Role Summary/Purpose
The Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible for management of Oracle support services for EMEA Businesses. The Systems Analyst will be working with multiple GDC Support Teams ensuring stability, maintaining quality support and managing Business close process. The Systems Analyst will to coordinate as a Business system subject matter expert coordinating amongst the Business users located across EMEA region.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle system maintenance along with GDC Support Teams; maintain an agreed set of measurable service levels that meet business requirements
- Coordinate amongst support teams, manage change requests and enhancement projects
- Engage in multiple initiatives / program areas simultaneously across European Platforms
- Work with Finance Controllership Team during month close and ensure a smooth corporate submission and report out
- Work with EMEA Business owners on interfaces from local sub systems feeding EMEA General Ledger and reconciliation process
- Work with EMEA HQ Teams on SOX, compliance, DR testing and system audit
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance or Business Administration
- Extensive experience working in Oracle Financials ERP managing business functions, leading teams and/or service delivery
- Strong functional knowledge in Oracle Financials modules and Buy to Pay process
- Working knowledge in financial analysis, accounting and reporting

- Strong verbal written communication skills and evidence of working with multi-stakeholder teams
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to energize others and experience working in a matrix or shared services environment
- Knowledge on GE accounting process policies
- Knowledge of interface and data conversion tools/technologies
- Able to use Six Sigma tools, LEAN CAP techniques to drive change
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
