Program Manager – Core Processing Technology (Relationship Management, OTC Clearing, Change Management) - London
This Director level mandate is placed within one of our most esteemed clients and leading global Investment bank. Specific to this role, the Program Manager will be joining a huge global trading change and transformation project and be responsible for all facets of the central functions of the banks trading technology processes. This includes managing a robust and scalable platforms that will enable the bank to improve its core processing activities.
The goal for this program manager is to provide first class technology services to the banks operations partners and provide support for core processing capabilities across the Investment Bank, this includes front, middle and back groups as well as functionally aligned teams that look across groups to drive efficiencies.
This particular area of the business accounts for the banks over-the-counter / exchange-traded derivatives processing, valuation, and transaction management for clients.
Responsibilities for the Program Manager – Core Processing Technology (Relationship Management, OTC Clearing, Change Management) – London
• Establish strong working relationships with team members; all functions within Investment Banking Technology, Operations Business.
• Consults with businesses to effectively drive business strategies forward through the optimal use of technology.
• Communicates business priorities to the technology organization accordingly, in order to drive effective business solutions.
• Researches to determine if solutions to business needs currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible.
• Documents business requirements, and communicates these requirements to key stakeholders for the design and implementation of business solutions.

• Understanding of OTC Clearing and/or Listed Derivatives.
• Experience in managing programs related to lifecycle re-engineering.
• Requires experience/understanding of business process reengineering
