FI’s Relationship Manager – Global Transaction Banking recruitment
ROLE OUTLINE:
- The incumbent is responsible for the relationship management of an assigned portfolio of financial institutions, and for the overall profitability and growth of the business.
- This includes, but is not limited, to the following activities:
- The incumbent must meet sales, calling and referral targets for financial institution business.
- He/she is required to initiate/prepare ECD applications and credit proposals while being fully responsible for the promotion and marketing of the Bank's products and services to enhance/increase revenue generation in this territory.
- The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that business in place with financial institution partners minimises cost and maximizes both service quality and reciprocal business opportunities.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Analysing the assigned portfolio; identifying potential locations for new/increased financial institutions business; and identifying suitable financial institution prospects;
- Conducting business development calls on financial institutions, analyzing customer needs, preparing client presentations and proposals;
- Initiating credit applications and preparation of credit applications, including recommendations for pricing, terms and conditions;
- Negotiating terms, conditions and documentation with clients, culminating in the closing of transactions;
- Providing ongoing relationship management for all financial institution business in the assigned portfolio
REQUIRED SYSTEMS EXPERIENCE:
- Experience of Swift Alliance.
- Candidates will be required to gain a working knowledge of ACBS.
