FIX Connectivity Analyst – Equities & LD
A specialist consultancy is about to embark on a new program of work within a major investment banks cash equity, algo trading and futures and options businesses. You will join a small team and be responsible for number of new client on-boarding and migration initiatives within the APAC region. The customer footprint has expanded considerably over a short time period and as such you will be expected to come in and hit the ground running on a stream of initiatives. This is a business facing role where you will be working closely with traders and be managing your own book of work. In tandem with technical on-boarding duties you will also assume some PM responsibility and coordinate front to back end setups with other analysts and the business.
You will have extensive experience within the client connectivity space incorporating strong knowledge of the FIX protocol and the related technical skills (Unix, Networking, Shell Scripting) for effective client on-boarding, integration and support. You will have an in-depth appreciation of customer demands within the equities and exchange traded derivatives businesses and have excellent customer management and liaison skills. There is a significant programme of work at hand for the right individual.
