Portfolio Manager (Fixed Income)
Responsibilities:
- Asset allocation of the clients’ fixed income portfolios
- Manage Global Bond (including RMB Bond Fund, HK/China Corporate Bond Fund) for the clients
- Develop product to align with the company’s investment philosophy and strategy
- Identify prospective markets and long-run strategy
- Conduct macro-analysis constantly
- Monitor daily execution of the fund
Requirement:
- A min. of 5 years’ retail fund experience, preferably gained from asset management company
- Sound knowledge in the fixed income market including China and RMB Market
- Background in credit research and capital markets
- Possess an independent and research driven mentality, with excellent analytical skill, and solid financial modeling skill
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Economics with CFA qualification preferred
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Analyst/Assistant (Fixed Income)
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Portfolio Managers of Fixed Income Team
- Constantly monitor the performance of fixed income portfolios and generate performance reports
- Daily bond executions and dealings activities
- Conduct credit rating analysis, gathering statistics and conduct detailed research on a wide range of fixed income products in order to support the Fixed Income team’s decision making
- Work closely with the settlement and marketing team in regarding the fixed income investment
Requirement:
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ solid experience in the fixed income industry, preferably gained from asset management company
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detailed-oriented
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Sound knowledge in VBA application, with good analytical and financial modeling skills
- Good understanding of the global bond market
- Good written skills in both Chinese and English
