Fixed Income Sales (Sao Paolo) recruitment

The incumbent will be responsible for EM traders at an assigned group of dealers. Responsibilities will include:

• Increasing dealers’ usage of the EM platform and increasing response rates

• Training users

• Informing the US Technology Team if systems connectivity issues are raised

• Providing dealers with daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics and performance reports

• Organizing and participating in dealer events and dinners

The incumbent will also be responsible for client-side sales. Responsibilities may include:

• Marketing our EM capabilities

• Increasing client interest as demonstrated through client inquiry

• Training users, as needed

The incumbent will be accountable for product management activities including:

• Increasing the product’s revenues and profitability in Brazil

• Increasing market share and staying ahead of any competition

• Obtaining and distilling user feedback and making thoughtful suggestions as to systems enhancements

• Coordinating the development and refinement of marketing collateral with the US Marketing team

• Identifying industry events to attend and public relations opportunities, as applicable

Experience and attributes of candidates:

- The ideal candidate has 5 - 10 years experience in a trading or sales capacity on an EM desk at a broker/dealer

-Either has relationships with traders who trade local Brazilian government debt and/or Brazilian corporate debt or has traded either product

- Must have detailed knowledge of the EM market 

- Must be bilingual – English / Portuguese
