Fixed Income Trader/Analyst recruitment
Description
- Execute fixed income equity trades for client accounts through existing broker network
- Field calls from traders monitor markets to relay pertinent information to investment team
- Cultivate existing, and establish new trading relationships to ensure strong flow visibility
- Quickly accurately vet new bonds ideas and forward to investment team for evaluation
- Evaluate new investment ideas through the analysis of financial statements and reports
Requirements
- Min 3 years relevant financial markets experience, preferably in a trading environment
- Ability to quickly digest interpret real-time information and react appropriately
- Knowledge of, and ability to interpret, financial statements and company filings
- Extremely detail-oriented precise with numerical calculations and reconciliations
- Comfortable with using technology in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Bloomberg, Advent Axys/Moxy, electronic trading platforms a plus
