Strategic Sourcing Manager (AVP) – Investment Bank recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Procurement Head in managing the centralized procurement function for the country
• Take lead and participate in strategic-sourcing projects across different major commodities i.e, Technology, Marketing print, and other corporate services related commodities.
• Work closely with Regional Procurement Office to deploy regional initiatives in conjunction with country business stakeholders to hit annual country savings target.
• Develop, enhance and maintain systems for vendor and contract management, and save and Procurement performance matrix monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to the established policy and procedure within and outside centralized purchasing services
• Enforce vendor selection and vendor management process in daily bidding activities.
• Provide coaching and training to teammates and internal users on bidding process and vendor selection process.
• Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• University graduate with 7 years of relevant experience within the financial industry
• Solid experience in negotiation and management of contracts and projects
• Strategic-mind and can be a change agent
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Project management skills
• Experience in people management
