Bancsource is the largest independently owned bank equipment sales and service company in the US. We currently have relationships with over 2200 financial institutions. We have an immediate opening for a Fleet Coordinator.

Summary: Responsible for managing Bancsource’s fleet program including replacement recommendations, vendor relationships, fuel programs, fleet safety, company car program, and fleet purchase orders.
- Coordinates the fleet maintenance program.
- Reviews analysis of maintenance and disposal records from leasing companies and oversees maintenance decisions.
- Analyzes and Recommends Equipment types and specs for future orders using Lifecycle analysis.
- Coordinates the relationships and agreements for Fleet Vendors. Plans, solicits, and negotiates rates, equipment and service agreements
- Oversees audits of fleet invoices per the purchase and service agreements with vendors.
- Maintains relationship with Lease Management Company and Auto Manufacturers, negotiate vehicle off-invoice rebates and lease financing terms, fuel card program, maintenance program, vehicle lifecycle and mpg analysis.
- Provide continual assessment and planning to help facilitate the effective and efficient use of fleet resources.
- Generate monthly fleet reports for executive team comparing fleet related items (i.e. fuel maintenance cost, etc…)
- Oversees DOT compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet. Develops and implements vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinates the operation and maintenance of the organization's motor vehicles

Education and/or Experience
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Previous experience working with fleet is preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
Ability to use a PC. This includes Microsoft office applications. Candidates must be proficient in Excel.
