FLEET OPERATIONS MANAGER The Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for leadership, management, and supervision of employees. Resolves employee performance issues and manages all aspects of the maintenance, repair and servicing of the school division and the local government motor vehicle fleets. Serves as a member of the Transportation Key Leaders Team, assists in developing goals, policies, and procedures for the Department, and participates in advisory committees. Responds to school bus accidents and is on call 24 hours, 7 days a week if needed to address emergencies. QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or vocational school, and a minimum of three years experience in the maintenance and repair of automotive fleets is required. Two years of supervisory and administrative experience is required. Graduation from an accredited two or four-year college or university with an Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred.
