Fleet Service Executive
We are recruiting for a large, reputable procurement organisation based in Manchester City Centre. They provide a high calibre of procurement resource and expertise to a growing number of organisations in a wide variety of markets. Client service is a fundamental aspect to the success of the business, they are now focussing on growing their fleet services team with strong, customer focussed, process driven individuals.
They are specifically looking for a fleet services coordinator and fleet service administrators to start on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities;
Delivery of all aspects of service attributable to the day to day management and control of a total outsourced fleet service
Provision of all aspects of fleet administration requirements
Management of a dedicated driver helpline / email service facility for all clients’ drivers
Operation of dedicated fleet data management system ensuring all data is entered and maintained with 100% accuracy at all times
Operation of dedicated fleet data management system ensuring all data is entered and maintained with 100% accuracy at all times
Production of comprehensive fleet management reports – in line with client specific requirements
Adherence to policy at all times to optimise driver safety for all members of the client’s scheme and to demonstrate 100% compliance with current legislation
Delivery of all aspects of fleet service in line with the required SLA and KPI measures
Required Skills;
Highly competent in Microsoft 2007/2010 with advanced Excel and skills demonstrated
At least 3 years experience within a client services and administrative type role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work competently under pressure, to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
Teamwork and relationship building
Initiative
Ability to communicate at all levels
An aptitude for customer service
Adaptability
Flexible approach
