Position Description
Flex UI Developer
We are on the hunt for a local UI Developer. This is a fulltime role in Austin. In this role you will beresponsible for web application development for an exciting new project with our client. You must demonstrate good UI development best-practices as well as have an eye for user interaction and code maintainability. You will also participate as a member of an iterative development team of software developers and QA engineers during the design, implementation, integration, testing, and successful delivery of our software. You must enjoy taking initiative and being innovative.
Requirements:
· Application development with object oriented programming
· Developed highly-scalable enterprise level applications
· AS3
· Experience with Flex 4.0, Flex Skins, and Webservices
· Experience with JavaScript and CSS
· Experience with MVC or MVP software architectures
· Participate in planning, testing, and delivery activities for overall UI development
Preferred Experience:
· At least 5 years of professional with 3 or more years working with cross-functional teams
· Bachelors Degree and/or equivalent experience
· Familiar with Mate framework
· Experience and expertise in agile design and development methodologies a bonus
· Experience working with automated testing and continuous integration
· Experience with version control software
