Our client are looking to recruit a Fluent French Customer Quality Executive. Working alongside the Quality Manager you will be solely responsible for the French Business, dealing with the sales teams and an outsourced customer service team many of whom do not speak any English so you will be conversing entirely in French.

The purpose of the role is to lead and assist with the development of quality goals, identifying areas for improvement / training needs and feeding this back and liaising with internal teams to put measure in place to drive performance forward.

This role is heavily analytical and so a good level of excel is required, as well as excellent organisation skills. Project experience would be beneficial.

Any experience of working with outsourced partners would be beneficial and you must be able to deal with push back from other teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with quality experience, either from a call centre, customer services or project background looking to utilise language skills.
