Fluent French Financial Controller
Hays Senior Finance are currently partnering with a start up technology business who are looking to build a finance team from scratch. They are a fast paced, vibrant e-business start up company who specialise in offering a tailored service to their clients. The group is made up of a number of different businesses that were set up by individuals who are experts in their field. They have recently relocated their offices to London and now have the need to establish a successful Finance Team.
A strong Financial Controller who has experience working for an SME business is required to work very closely alongside the CFO to manage the day to day running of the finances. Managing one other qualified within the business, you will lead the finance department whilst the company is undergoing major growth and change. You will play a pivitol role in ensuring that all the businesses are operating the from the same software platform whilst implementing the controls required to ensure compliance and legalities are met.
Preference is an individual who has trained within practice and then moved into industry. Although a formal accountancy qualification is preferred (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), my client will consider an individual who has an MBA. What is essential for this role is the ability to speak fluent French.
