Fluent French / German speaking Customer Service Advisors

Our client are a market leading organisation with an international reputation for high quality products and excellent customer service. Due to an expanding team our client requires two customer service advisors who speak French and/or German fluently.

Your main responsibility will be advising customers from France and Germany regarding the company's’ products and dealing with their queries efficiently and professionally.

We are considering candidates from all backgrounds and this may be your first job in the commercial world, alternatively, you may have experience in a similar role and be looking for a new challenge.

Customer service experience is desirable and a good telephone manner is essential, however our client will provide in-house training, but please only apply if you speak French and/or German fluently.

A flexible attitude to working hours is also required as our client operates across a number of time zones and costumer demand can fluctuate throughout the year.
