Our client has been established for over 50 years and is a family owned business. Due to growth they are looking to recruit a French speaking Internal Sales Member to join their busy team. Role and responsibilities: * To work towards targets and KPI's * To answer inbound calls within set time * To deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers * To cross sell and up sell other products * To make outbound calls To be successful in this role you must have: * French to Mother Tongue standard* Previous experience in dealing with a high volume of calls * Previous sales experience * Excellent customer service skills * Strong communication skills * Excellent telephone manner Monday - Friday
