About the Job

My client, a leading retailer, is looking for a fluent German speaking purchasing assistant to assist the buyers with several admin tasks such as writing contracts and producing sales data and other spreadsheets and reports. You will be the main point of contact between suppliers, other departments and the buyers and will provide the buyers with administrative support. You will have excellent MS Word and Excel and have a general like for spreadsheets, data manipulation and analysis (preferably experience of v look ups and pivot tables) and a high level of accuracy and a logical mind. Other duties will include managing phone and email enquiries and any other ad hoc admin duties. You will have previous admin experience along with fluent German..
