Fluent German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Our client is a market leading organisation with an international reputation for quality products and excellent customer service. Due to an expanding team our client requires a customer service advisor who speaks German fluently.

Your main responsibilities will be advising customers from Germany regarding our clients products and dealing with their queries efficiently and professionally.

We are considering candidates from all backgrounds and this may be your first job in the commercial world, alternatively, you may have experience in a similar role and be looking for a new challenge.

Customer service experience is desirable and a good telephone manner is essential. Our client will provide in-house training, but please only apply if you speak German fluently.
