The Client Manager role, in the regional Client Management organization, works closely with both the regional Sales team and the Business Development and Production teams in Stockholm to deliver the triReduce services to our subscribers.
The Client Manager represents the first line of contact for our subscribers in a region with regard to the delivery of the service, and he or she should provide deep expertise on the triReduce.net system.
Delivering the triReduce service comprises operating certain specific “cycles” during the year, as well as managing existing and new subscribers outside of these specific cycles. In order to deliver a cycle within a region
Following a cycle, the client manager is responsible for writing a post-cycle debrief on the company intranet, documenting all issues arising that need to be followed-up, that are relevant to future cycles, or otherwise noteworthy etc.
