Food Operations Manager Sodexo is seeking an Operations Manager for Merrimack College. This is a selective, independent college in the Catholic, Augustinian tradition whose mission is to enlighten minds, engage hearts and empower lives. The food service on campus has multiple services including a Faculty and Alumni restaurant, a pub, concessions, 2 retail locations and a resident dining location. The ability to communicate in Spanish would assist in managing this workforce. Position Summary : Manages all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and directly supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
