Deutsche Bank Corporate Banking Securities (CBS) is one of the world's leading investment banks, with more top three rankings by market share than any of our peers. CBS comprises Markets and Corporate Finance, and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.

The role will be to market Deutsche Bank's superior derivative solutions capabilities in a cross-asset class role encompassing FX and Rates to corporate Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and treasurers of Deutsche Bank's client franchise across the UK. Some European corporate coverage may be included in the role. You will be a salesperson based in Birmingham and will have full support of and access to Deutsche Bank's market-leading FX and Rates trading, structuring and research capabilities based in London and Frankfurt. Occasional travel to London is envisaged at least once per quarter for internal business development and product specific training.

Key Responsibilities:

* Marketing the Bank's FX and Rates hedging products, predominantly to flow-oriented corporate clients which manage operational risks on a regular basis.

* Exploring corporate asset side needs through marketing yield enhancement or other cash management products.

* Delivering electronic liquidity solutions in tandem with Deutsche Bank's eCMTS team (also Birmingham based), where workflow efficiencies for the client and Deutsche Bank would result from automation.

* Helping to identify unique corporate risk management needs, and crafting bespoke solutions in conjunction with Deutsche Bank's Global Markets Structuring team.

* To relationship manage an individual client portfolio pro-actively, in order to add breadth to the overall client-Deutsche Bank relationship in advisory standing or product scope.

You will have:

* Knowledge of FX and Interest Rate derivative products.

* Excellent communications skills.

* Familiarity with electronic trading/payment platforms.

* A sales track record (ideally in the financial industry).

* Strong academic background (minimum degree level or relevant international equivalent).

* Superior communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail.

You will be:

* Able to ideally speak a second European language.

* Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

* Diligent, efficient and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure.

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
