As Head of Syndications you will be responsible for origination, execution and distribution of Syndicated Loans across the MENA region. Another main focus of the position will be to develop the project finance division with particular focus on the infrastructure across the MENA region. You will be expected to arrange and underwrite project loans and assist with corporate finance transactions.
The Head of Syndications is a pivotal hire for the Bank and will form part of the Banks senior management team.
To be considered for the position candidates are required to have;
- 10+ years’ syndications experience
- Experience executing deals within the MENA region
- Project Finance experience
- Ability to originate, execute and distribute Syndicated Loans
- Candidates from the UK or Europe covering the EMEA region will also be considered for the position
