My client is a leading financial organisation based in Teesside
They are currently looking for a dynamic FOS Case Manager to join their fast-paced team in Leeds

The main purpose of the position is:

- To manage elements of the customer complaint journey
- To ensure that we deliver excellent service to our customers, Regulators (Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and Financial Services Authority (FSA) and stakeholders

To be successful applicants must have one of the following:

6 months financial services experience
complaint handling experience
recent 2:2 degree
customer service experience

Initially, this is a 6 month contract working 5pm-10pm, Monday-Friday paying £11.77 per hour
