FP&A Manager, TV Products recruitment

There are a number of stakeholders related to planning these KPI's (Marketing, Operations and Finance), so extensive stakeholder management is required. It is a given that this person will take proactive steps to ensure that the current plans and projections are accurate and delivered professionally and proficiently with concise explanations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for forecasting all TV Products metrics headline KPI's

Responsible for the forecasts accuracy and reliability
Ensure the assumptions are clearly captured, articulated and managed within the models
Ensure there is a strong audit trail of how the assumptions change
Owner of continuous improvement of the relevant forecasting models within the teams forecasting improvement project
Identify areas where analysis is required to improve understanding and forecasting capability
Responsible for the Latest Views on churn; and as requested by Finance and marketing teams and also to manage the formal forecasting process for retention
Ensure the forecasts come within financial budgets
Liaise with finance department to work out where the variances are from and find solutions to close the gaps

2. Responsible for KPI planning and commentary for all TV Products metrics with stakeholders both within the retention teams and the wider business
Work with finance, marketing and operations to have a constant overview of the relevant retention performance
Manage the risks and opportunities to the KPI's with the marketing teams
Assist in the preparation of marketing plans to recover any forecast gaps or meet stretch targets
Prepare weekly updates for senior management to update on performance
Develop review presentations summarising projections, performance and detailing relevant retention drivers

3. Manage a comprehensive information suite to provide clear understanding of the drivers and performance of all TV Products metrics
Consistently review all relevant reporting
Own the management information road map for TV Products retention
Liaise with Analysis and Business Information teams to develop reporting and analysis to improve our understanding of retention drivers and performance
Provide analytical support to the retention and product teams

4. Build and maintain a strong set of relationships with all key stakeholders
Communicate the forecasts, performance and current business plans to tall stakeholders
including retention and product marketing teams, customer operations, operational and marketing Finance, business information and strategy teams
In more detail:

Experience Required:

Essential:

* Educated to degree level or highly relevant and compensating work experience
* Financial economic modelling experience
* Developing marketing led forecasts
* Numerate and database-literate
* Strong Excel Skills
* Experience working with databases
* Operated in a sales driven culture
* Significant exposure to stakeholder management - ideally with a variety of internal departments including Operations, Finance, Database marketing
* Communicate with all levels of management

Desirable:

* Financial qualifications
* Revenue or pricing experience
* Managing large budgets
* Understanding of multi channel contact centres
* Understanding of Media Industries
* High Profile brand
