FP&A Manager
Full Job Description
As an FPA Manager at a leading Financial Services organisation based in London you willbe responsible for:
Planning within the function, developing and implementing process improvements to ensure financial planning activities are effective and efficient.
Ensuring financial plans are fully aligned to the strategic direction and aspirations of the function and they support the achievement of business and commercial objectives.
Driving rigorous and disciplined investment analysis and demand management toensure balance betweentheinvestment in change with the benefits proposed in country projects.
Driving disciplined and robust forecasting, reporting and tracking of financial benefits generated by projects and sustainable saves arising within the function to measure the value and impact of change activities over time and demonstrate thiscommercial focus to the Group.
Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Financial - Management reporting team
Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Excel
Role relevant qualifications, i.e ACA, CIMA, ACCA
Past working experience on relevant systems, i.e. TM1 - COGNOS Planning an advantage
Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Access, Clarity
Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
Experience of making prompt and practical business decisions, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking responsibility for outcomes
Experience of creating and deploying comprehensive business-operating plans which consistently deliver desired results
Supported project teams-managers, showing an understanding of the basic principles of project management
A broad understanding of financial budgets-statements-models, with experience of analysing data effectively for planning, forecasting and reporting.

65000-80000 + benefits
